Access Fitness of Broken Arrow Open House

Access Fitness of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is hosting an Open House for all current members, as well as South Tulsa residents, on October 23rd from 3-7pm. We want to take this opportunity to educate South Tulsa on the various ways to either start living a Healthy Life or make adjustments in their existing regimen. We will have several different events to take part in that include the "HUMMER PULL" and "BATTLE OF THE BICEPS" which will allow you and your friends to test your strength and endurance. We will also start our sign up for our November Bench Press competition. Bring your friends and family, see you there.

Ice House Fitness Member Competes at Bodybuilding Championship

On June 9^th, Adrian Chairez, member of The Ice House Fitness Center in Bixby, Oklahoma competed in the NPC Oklahoma and Central Classic Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship at the Union Performing Arts Center in Tulsa, OK. Chairez, an amateur bodybuilder took interest in the sport for personal satisfaction and to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Chairez has been a member of The Ice House Fitness Center since it opened in the historic ice house building in the Downtown district of Bixby, OK. Darryl Baskin, local real estate broker and owner of The Ice House Fitness Center said "I am happy to see Adrian compete and represent The Ice House. Adrian has worked hard and represents our center well."

The competition was sponsored by Supplement Shak, Lon Martin of T-Town Construction and other local businesses.
